Remove your Membership card from the front of this book and activate for additional benefits online at www.entertainment.com/activate. Use your card to receive discounts for offers found in the Dining Out section that have a in the upper right-hand corner of the offer page and with car rentals and select hotels.

Bonus Cards
Bonus cards are discount offers and are available on a limited basis only. Cards are not included with every Entertainment® edition. Offers expire March 31, 2010, or as otherwise indicated. In most cases, no minimum purchase is required. The coupon cards may not be redeemed for cash nor will change be given. Bonus card discounts are valid for one time use only and the merchant will retain the coupon card. Coupon cards are not valid with any other discounts or promotions and are limited to one card per party. Please see individual cards for additional conditions and restrictions.

Additional Conditions
Read the offer carefully for stated conditions, restrictions and exclusions. All offers are valid anytime except on defined holidays or unless the offer states otherwise. Certain offers are restricted to one offer per party, per visit. These additional conditions supersede other Rules of Use.

How to Redeem Discount
Present your coupon/membership card to a participating merchant at the time you request your bill to receive your discount. The merchant will retain your coupon or remove the card number from the back of your membership card to indicate you have used the discount offer. The least expensive item(s), up to the maximum value stated, will be deducted from your bill, or you will receive a percentage off the designated item(s), up to the maximum value stated, depending on the offer. For restaurants offering on complimentary "menu item" when a second is purchased, a "menu item" is a main course or entree item. You may only use an offer once, and you may not combine the offer with any other discount or awards program/offer.

Valid Dates and Times/Holidays
Read the offer carefully for valid dates and times. Major holidays, including those defined below, and regional holidays observed by participating merchants, are excluded, even if the offer states "valid anytime".

New Year's Eve/Day, Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day

Please check with the merchant regarding other holidays.

Dining Discount Details
Only one coupon/membership card may be used for every two people, up to a maximum of three coupons/membership cards per party, and separate checks are not allowed. Some restaurants include a "when dining alone" option in their offers. These offers are valid only when dining alone. Dining offers cannot be applied to children's menu items, discount-priced daily specials, senior citizen rates, Early Bird specials, carryout/takeout (except for fast food and some carryout-only merchants), and buffets, unless otherwise noted. Discounts on alcohol are prohibited. The discount will be applied only to the food portion of the bill.

Tipping
Tipping for satisfactory service should be 15-20% of the total bill before the discount amount is subtracted.

Repeat Savings®
You must activate your card at www.entertainment.com/activate to receive this benefit. You can find Repeat Savings® Coupons in the book and at www.entertainment.com. These offers are easy to spot with the logo. Each coupon can only be redeemed once and will be retained by the merchant to indicate you have used the discount offer. Then go back to www.entertainment.com to print additional coupons for the merchant. Most offers may be printed one time per month, although availability may vary and participating merchants are subject to change. Offer value may vary and additional conditions and restrictions may apply. Simply click, print and redeem at these merchants. Coupons may not be reproduced, altered, traded or sold. Offers expire 14 days after printing.

Free Offers

Additional Regional Rules:
Denver, Colorado
For discounts in the Dining Out section of the Entertainment® book, receive 25% off the total bill for food and beverages on your first visit to these restaurants. Receive a 10% discount on all subsequent visits. One bill per table will be totaled. Only one card per table.

Louisville, Kentucky
In addition to the holidays indicated above, regionally celebrated holidays observed by participating merchants include the Breeder's Cup.

Canada
In addition to the holidays indicated above, Canadian holidays observed by participating merchants include Canada Day, Labour Day and Boxing Day.

Long Island, New York
Some merchants may offer 25% off the total dining bill for 1-4 people and 15% off the total bill for 5-8 people. In these cases, one bill per table will be totaled and only one card per table is allowed.

Quebec, Canada
"Table d'hote" indicates that you will receive 25% off the table d'hote dining bill for 1 to 4 people or 15% off for 5 to 8 people, excluding alcoholic beverages. When a table orders a combination of table d'hote and main course(s), the same rules for table d'hote apply to the main course.

This membership and its offers are intended for the personal use of the individual purchaser and are not valid with other discount offers or in other cities unless otherwise specified. The use of this membership book or any of its offers for advertising purposes, in any form or fashion, is strictly prohibited. Any use of an offer in violation of these Rules will render the offer VOID and ENTERTAINMENT PUBLICATIONS, LLC will pursue all legal remedies available to it by law. ENTERTAINMENT PUBLICATIONS, LLC disclaims all alleged vicarious liability for bodily injury or property damage resulting from the acts or omissions of the participating businesses.
